Local document reading runs on this computer using an installed English OCR model. With consent, uploads and extracted fields are encrypted locally for up to seven days under your browser or signed-in account. You can delete the saved KYC case. Simulated reviewers need a separate authorized sign-in. Optional external image extraction sends them to OpenAI only with separate consent; its data policies apply. Advisor messages go to the selected provider (Groq for testing) when configured, so keep personal identifiers out of chat.
Advisor chats and structured requirements are saved separately in local PostgreSQL when configured; common identifier patterns are redacted. You can delete each chat from the advisor. Guest records belong to this browser; signed-in records belong to your Clerk account. Local demo orders and chats expire after seven days of inactivity. Uploaded KYC files expire after seven days regardless of sign-in activity. You can delete your orders in the tracker. Clerk handles customer sign-in. KYC checks still use synthetic data and do not establish government identity authentication.
